ScriptServer PAN Live System

When you connect to the live ScriptServer PAN system you will have access to all of PAN's features. Clicking on the "Go Live" button below will open thelive system in a seperate web browser window. Below the access button is the default information about the ScriptServer PAN system you are about to enter.

Other important information about the Live System:

When you enter this page, you will beredirected to the system where the PAN is running, and a cookie with default user information will load. Note that the PAN will try to save login information in a "cookie." Hence, if you have cookies disabled, you'll need to reset your browser to at least prompt you about accepting cookies, accept this one and then you can, if you so opt, return your browser to "cookie-less." Things work once you've accepted the PAN cookie.

Information about the Default Configuration of the Live System

The live demo system isn't straight "off the shelf", we set up a couple of queues on it for you to play with. Because this system is available to people like you, what you see may not be what is documented; contact us if you want help configuring a queue or a form in a particular way.

Information you will need if you change your user information manually:

By default, you will be identified to the PAN as Demo User (username demo). You can change that information as follows.

When you arrive at the initial PAN Welcome screen, click on Set Preferences. This will bring up a Set User Profile screen where you define the user, their department, mailing address (for routing info on a Flag Page), and so forth. At a minimum, you will need to enter information at the prompts:

Full name:
User name:

Then scroll down to the passwords section near the bottom of the screen. To get a good tour of PAN, we'll set you up as an Administrator, so for each of the three passwords, enter the values in bold below, in caps as the passwords are case-sensitive.

User password:
USER
Operator password:
OPERATOR
Administrator password:
ADMINISTRATOR
Click "Save"

Note that PAN will try to save your passwords on your system in a browser "cookie" so that re-entering the system is more convenient.
