GrayMatter Software Announces release 1.2.4 of ScriptServer® PAN Printing System supports Sun Solaris

Seattle, (October 23, 2002) -- GrayMatter Software Corporation announces version 1.2.4 of its ScriptServerŽ PAN Printing System.

Version 1.2.4 now supports native server installation on Sun Solaris, as well as Linux and HP Tru64 which were available in earlier releases. Various changes were made to improve stability and performance, as well as the usability of the web interface. Customer response to the handling of electronic forms has been extremely positive.

The ease of setting up and managing queues supporting duplexing and multipart forms has been particularly appreciated. While the single printer driver for Windows workstations concept certainly has its appeal, many customers are using electronic forms for large runs such as invoices and statements generated directly by server-based applications.

Doug Parsons, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, notes: "Customers really appreciate the simplicity of implementing electronic forms. Our business creating forms for customers has increased as well."

System licenses are based on the number of queues, with no restriction on the number of "seats" or size of jobs. Pricing starts at $1,295.US which includes a 5 queue license.
